Do we have to set up the reports ourselves?
No. The core reporting - job P&L, margin by customer and lane, throughput, quote conversion and receivables - is live from day one, because it is built from the fields your team already fills in to run a job. How current is the data?
Live. Every report reads from the same operational database the job runs on, so a cost confirmed at 10:04 is in the margin figure at 10:04. There is no nightly sync and no separate data warehouse to reconcile.
Can we still use Power BI, Excel or our own BI tool?
Yes. Every dataset can be exported or pulled through the API, so existing dashboards keep working. Most customers find they use them less once the questions can be asked directly in FreightSuite.
