Sam spent 8+ years leading his previous business and scaling global supply chains, seeing daily friction up close and building the playbook to eliminate it. The mission is simple: make logistics work the way it should- fast, transparent, and reliably efficient.

Co-Founder

William is a leader in the tech industry who's built and led large complex FinTech systems. His expertise and leadership ranges from Apple Pay's 500 million users to Marcus by Goldman Sachs with over $100 Billion in deposits.

Joe Peak

Chief Revenue Officer

Joe is a commercial leader with over 15 years in logistics and supply chain, he has driven revenue growth at Windward, helped scaled Beacon from $0 to $30m ARR, and spent eight years at Expeditors. He specialises in building high-performing teams and accelerating go-to-market strategy.

Mary McBain

Chief of Staff

Mary earned a degree in Biochemistry from Oxford as well as 5+ years experience in startup operations and strategy. She has led operational and strategic execution in fast-scaling start-ups across a range of industries and is a driving force at the company.

Julia Fraquelli

Head of Product

Julia's background in product, strategy, and solutions engineering at Google and Raft give her the perfect combination of code and cargo. The experience is vital when building a solution that is not only effective but also user friendly.

Robert Garcia

Head of Commercial

Robert brings extensive commercial expertise in freight forwarding and a track record of driving significant revenue growth. With experience at Toll Global Logistics, Röhlig, and Supply Chain Holdings, he now leads FreightSuite’s global sales and go-to-market strategy to deliver rapid growth.

Head of Engineering

Jack is a software engineer with over 9 years of experience delivering major projects, from AI pipelines to full app rearchitectures. With a background in both startups and enterprises like IBM, he brings strong technical expertise and hands-on leadership across web, mobile, and AI-driven products.

Tobias Braje

Head of Customer Engineering

Tobias is a Cambridge graduate and self-taught software developer with expertise across the full web stack, delivering impactful projects in areas from trademark law to carbon credit trading. With hands-on experience in Rust, Go, AWS, and AI/LLMs, he combines technical versatility with a track record of shipping complex products and improving team processes.

Alex Pope

Engineer

Alexander is a software developer with over five years of professional experience, delivering high-impact projects across government, enterprise, and the private sector. Before joining FreightSuite, he led critical UK government initiatives, developed AI tools at Procter & Gamble, and co-founded a tech-for-good consultancy.

Simon Jones

Frontend Engineer

Simon’s frontend engineering experience spans startup studios, scale-ups, and engineering leadership. He’s built production interfaces across multiple frameworks, and brings strong product intuition to every project.

Max is a full-stack software engineer with a background in building automation platforms and AI-driven products. At Omnicom, he worked across engineering, architecture and UX to help turn an early-stage automation platform into a global internal product, combining hands-on technical depth with strong product intuition.
